The Womens’ Group at Christ United Methodist Church offer a “1st Wednesday of the Month” community lunch. Long ago, they decided the proceeds from this fundraiser is how they would support the local food pantry. All proceeds are donated directly to the food pantry that so many families in the surrounding area depend on. They sincerely thank all those who support their efforts! The basement ladies are offering soup, sandwiches and dessert on Wednesday, November 6 from 11:30 – 1pm. The meal cost is by donation. Come and enjoy a hot meal and good fellowship. All are invited!
