
Continental has 2 points on the girls side and 1 point on the boys side after the Thursday Prelims at the OHSAA Division III Ayersville District Track meet. A pair of Freshman are responsible for the points with Morgan Dockery placing seventh in the Girls Pole Vault and Brady Thomsen placing 8th in the Boys Shot Put. The Pirates advanced in 5 other events on Thursday. On the Girls side Freshman Mackenzie Shock qualified with the fifth best time in the 100M Hurdles and the 300M Hurdles. The Girls 4x100M relay qualified with the 8th best time. On the Boys side Junior Jonathon Etter is seeded 5th in the 110M Hurdles while Sophomore Elijah Miler is seeded sixth in the 800 meters.
Finals for all track and Field events will held on Saturday starting at 10 am at Ayersville.
