Continental High Baseball was assigned to the Patrick Henry District for the 2022 OHSAA Division IV Tournament. All the Putnam County League less Columbus Grove are in the Patrick Henry District. Also in the Patrick Henry District are Blanchard Valley Conference’s Cory Rawson, McComb, and North Baltimore, Buckeye Border Conference’s Holgate, and North West Athletic League’s Patrick Henry. Columbus Grove plays in the Division III Elida District. This year the Patrick Henry District has 12 teams last year it had 13 with Wayne Trace getting assigned to the Bryan District this year. Leipsic advanced out of the Patrick Henry District last year and made it to the Regional Finals. The Patrick Henry District champion will advance to the Patrick Henry Regional along with the Bryan, Coldwater, and Galion District champs.
Sectional games will be played the week of May 14 at the better seeded team’s site, District games are the week of May 21 at Patrick Henry.
