Putnam County Health Department will be distributing COVID home test kits on Monday, January 24th starting at 2pm at the health department (256 Williamstown Road Ottawa, Ohio). These kits will be first come, first serve. If you can’t be there to get a kit we recommend asking a family member, neighbor or friend to pick up a kit for you. This will be a drive thru distribution. Please stay in your vehicle and someone will hand you a test kit.
