
On Friday night, Rhaegan Marshall paced the Pirates track teams at the Edgerton Invitational with a first in the Girls Long Jump and a 2nd place in the 4×200 Relay and a 4th in the 4×200 Relay. Destiny Pier also placed in three Girls events with a 5th place in the 200 Meters and being part of the 4×200 and 4×100 Relay teams. On the Boys side, Jonathon Etter placed in 3 events with a trio of 5th place finishes in the 110 Hurdles, Pole Vault and the 4×400 Relay. Elijah Mayes scored the most points for the Pirate Boys with a 3rd place in the 400 Meters and was a part of the 4×400 Relay Team
Continental Girls placed 7th in the 10 team event with 34 points. Wayne Trace won the Girls title with 146 points while Ottoville was second with 88 points. Continental placed 8th in the boys portion with 13 points. Fairview won the Boys portion with 133 points with Wayne Trace second with 117 points. Continental will be at Antwerp on Tuesday for a Quad meet.
