
On Monday a depleted Continental High Track Team brought home a 1st in the Girls 800 and a second in the Girls Shot Put. In probably the first meet that had all 8 league members having boys and girls teams fielding a team, the Pirates were without Senior members who were on a class trip. Bryn Tegenkamp led the Pirates with a 1st in the 800 Meters. Alli Scott placed 2nd in the Shot Put and was a member of the 4th place 4×100 Relay team. Destiny Pier placed in 4 events as a member of the 4th place 4×100 relay team, and 6th place in the 100 Meters, 200 Meters, and the 4×200 Relay, Rhaegan Marshall placed 4th in the Long Jump and 4×100 Relay and the 6th place 4×200 relay team. Jonathon Etter picked up all the Pirate boys teams points with a 5th place tie in the Pole Vault and a 6th place finish in the 110 Hurdles.
Kalida won the Girls Meet with 148 points 16 points better than Columbus Grove. The Pirates placed 5th with 33 points. On the Boys side Columbus Grove ran away with the meet title with 205 points 106 points better than runner up Kalida. Continental placed 7th wiht 2.5 points.
