The Student Council of Continental High School will be hosting a “Volley for a Cause” volleyball tournament on Saturday, April 30th. This event is being held to raise money for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), which is a charity that supports veterans in rehabilitation programs, getting them to medical appointments, and helping them with medical services, homeless veteran aid, and other needs of veterans. Events start at 9am!
In addition to the volleyball tournament (which is open to the public), other opportunities to support the cause include:
–themed basket raffles
–bake sale
–50/50 raffle
–presale pasta dinners ($7 per dinner, tickets can be purchased at the HS office, serving 11-1pm)
