Bronc Busters 4-H Club Meeting Recap

March 8, 2016 by Karen Donaldson

On February 21, Bronc Busters had a meeting at the church at 4:00 p.m. We began with a call to order. Then we did our pledge. We then gave out the roll call. We also got approval of minutes from last meeting and the treasurer’s report. Then we elected the officers. The people who were elected were Taryn Homier as president, Chloe Ruck as vice president, Katie Keller as secretary, Parker Wildermuth as treasurer, and Ashley McCleese as news reporter. The recreation officers are Kiana Gable and Samantha DeMuth. The health officers are Emily Deatrick and Teegan Soto. The safety officers are Christian Keller and Hunter Bradshaw. The historians are Lexi Ordway and Colton Bradshaw. We also got our safety tip and health tip.

Old Business: took care of 2015 premiums and our enrollment forms, club constitution, club program, and the club dues.

New Business: Everyone signed up for a date to do their safety speech/demonstration. Then we passed out papers for our flower sales. Everyone to voted on our theme. We also took thought about the club item. We gave some suggestions on the community service project. Then we issued the horse ID forms and scrappies ID for goats. We then talked about the gun raffle tickets and introduced the new rabbit/poultry royalty that is new this year. After that we took adjournment and ended our meeting.
