The Continental High School Baseball team bounced back from a winless 2016 to 7 wins in 2017. Their season ended in the Sectional Finals against Miller City. The Pirates will be looking for more wins in 2018. The Pirates return a trio of Seniors as Dilion Coleman, Chris Potts, and Payton Weller all return. Junior letter winners on the 2018 squad are Jarret Keck, Konnor Okuley, and Nick States. Sophomores coming back are Trevor Brecht, Brady Dockery, and Gannon Prowant. Newcomers to the team are Senior Caleb Olds and Freshmen Blake Elkins and Mitchell Coleman.
The Pirates open up the season on Monday as they travel to Wayne Trace and are back at it on Tuesday as they host Miller City. The Pirates are coached by Dennis Potts.
