Continental High Softball team looks forward to improving 2022 record of 2-13 with 9 returning letterwinners with 17 letters won. 2022 1st team Putnam County League Sophomore Raegen Clemens leads a group of 6 returnees that have been awarded All Putnman County League Honors. Seniors Alli Scott and Maidson Rayle were named to the 2022 PCL Second Team while Junior Tori Searfoss was named to the 2021 PCL Second Team. Seniors Reese Knowles and Destiny Pier were named to the 2022 PCL Honorable Mention roll. Last year the Pirates 2 wins were both PCL victories propelling them to 4th place. With the returning depth and a large class of freshmen the Pirates are looking to improving both their win total and PCL standing. The Pirates are coached by Leva Aguirre.
Softball season opens on Saturday March 25 with the Pirates at Paulding. Home opener for the Pirates is Tuesday March 28 against Leipsic in a Putnam County League game.
