On Thursday Continental High Volleyball team traveled to Ottoville to take on the #4 Division IV team in the OHSVCA poll in Putnam County League action. Ottoville took the first game 25-14. The second game went the Big Green way 25-20. The Big Green made it a sweep by taking the third game 25-14.
Hannah Troyer had 20 digs to lead the Pirates, Leah Baker 14 kills, Amber Logan 3 Aces, and Jessica Stauffer had 29 assists.
The Pirates finish regular season play with a 16-6 (3-3 PCL). The Pirates open tournament season by taking on the winner of Lima Central Catholic and Miller City in a Ottawa Glandorf Division IV District Sectional Final. This game will be held at Continental on Thursday at 6:30. Ottoville finishes the PCL season undefeated (6-0) and has a 21-1 regular season record. The Pirates won the Junior Varsity game.
