Its time once again for the Van Wert County Fairgrounds annual Bluegrass Festival. This festival, on September 13, 14, & 15, has a line-up of great bands and is also considered a “jammers festival”! If you’re a jammer, you know what this means. A Thursday night gospel concert has been added this year. The show starts at 6pm with music by: Living Water, New Outlook, Bluegrass Gospel Aires, and Crossing Jordan. Admission is $10 at the East Gate of the fairgrounds.
Friday and Saturday bands are: Steve Scott & the Scott Brothers, Fox-Tail Grass Reunion, Gun Creek, Open Highway, Ottawa County bluegrass, New Outlook, Blue Holler Band, Charity Moore & the Big Ugly Boys, and Brian Holbrooks & Poor Bottom Grass. Come, spend the day or the whole weekend – this is a great line-up of bands and this festival has grown into one of the best festivals in the area. For more information, call 419-956-2311.
