Volleyball
The Pirates were eliminated from tournament play in the sectional semifinals by Pandora Gilboa 3-0. The Rockets advanced to the District Semifinals where they were eliminated by defending State Runner Up McComb 3-0. McComb advanced the farthest from the Ottawa Glandorf District by being Regional Runner Up. McComb was eliminated by Monoreville 22-25, 25-27, 26-24, 25-22,17-15. Monoreville was the only team to beat McComb this year and did it twice. Ayersville advanced to the Regional semifinal.
Ottawa-Glandorf advanced to the Regional finals where they were defeated by Lexington 3-1 in a Division II match at Ontario.
Soccer – Girls
Continental was eliminated from tournament play in the sectional semifinals by Delphos St. Johns 1-0. Delphos St Johns was eliminated in the sectional finals by Delphos Jefferson. Kalida represented the Ottoville District and the Putnam County League in the Regionals and advanced to the Regional Finals. Kalida was eliminated by Doylestown Chippewa 3-0 in a game played Saturday at Ashland.
Soccer –Boys
The Pirates were eliminated from tournament play in the sectional semifinals by Lima Central Catholic 1-0. Lima Central Catholic advanced to the District Semifinals and were eliminated by Bluffton 4-0. Fort Jennings represented the Kalida District and Putnam County League in the Regionals. Fort Jennings was eliminated in the Regional Semifinals by Archbold 1-0 in a game at Ottawa Hills. Archbold has advanced to State and will play Canfield South Range on Wednesday November 11 at 7:00 (site to be determined).
