All win streaks come to an end some day and Saturday was the day for the Continental High Boys Soccer as they visited Ottawa Hills for non league action. It was all Green Bears as they put in 4 goals in the first half. The Bears opened the scoring a little over 2 minutes in to the game. The Bears finished the half by scoring 3 goals in a little over 4 minutes with the first goal coming at 18:46 the second goal at 17:40 and the third goal at 14:10. Bears 4-0 at half. The Bears scored the only goal of the second half with 36:16 left in the game. Bears 5-0 final.
Jayden Pitney took the loss for the Pirates in goal and had 4 saves. Quinn Tegenkamp also was in goal and had 3 saves. The Bears out shot the Pirates 12-1 and had a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks.
The Pirates fall to 3-3-1 and will travel to Cory Rawson on Tuesday for a non league match. Ottawa Hills improves to 5-1-1.
