Hours of hard work and planning added with lots of sunshine made for a great time at the Dupont Community Festival on Saturday. The crowd enjoyed chicken dinners, hamburgers, fried bologna sandwiches, a cruise-in, jail and bail, and two great bands – Someone’s Kids and the Dave Liles Band. Life Flight was able to make a brief stop before being dispatched for an emergency run. The morning’s 3.6 mile run/walk gave the participants boasting rights to having gone “around the world”. To the Dupont Community Club – great job!
