On Monday Continental High Volleyball traveled to Holgate for a non league battle. A close first game went to the Tigers 25-23. The second game went to the Tigers 25-18. The Tigers ended the night with a 25-15 win in game 3. Tigers 3-0 match winner
Macice Clemens led the Pirates 10 kills and 4 digs. Teaghan McDougle added 21 assists, 16 digs, and 1 ace. Kenzie Searfoss had 3 kills and 21 digs. Brynn Thomsen had 5 kills and 1 block. Brynlee McDougle had 2 kills and 13 digs. Aislynn Noffsinge had 15 digs. Grace Homier had 1 kill and 2 digs. Raegan Clemens had 5 digs.
Continental falls to 5-11 and will be at Edgerton on Thursday. Holgate improves to 5-7
Edgerton Bulldogs, Lady Pirates 0
The job for Continental High Volleyball on Thursday was to travel on the DVII #13 ranked Edgerton in non league action. The Bulldogs took game 1, 25-15. The second game also went to the Bulldogs 25-14. The Bulldogs ended the Pirates night with a 25-0 win in game 3. Bulldogs 3-0.
Brynn Thomsen led the Pirates with 6 kills and 1 dig. Macie Clemens had 4 kills and 1 block and an ace. Aislynn Noffsinger had 7 digs, 3 aces, and 1 assist. Teaghan McDougle had 13 assists and 10 digs. Kenzie Searfoss had 3 kills and 12 digs. Brynlee McDouble had 2 kills and 8 digs. Gracie Homier had 1 kill. Mallorie Barnhart and Becca Sullivan had 2 digs each.
Continental falls to 5-12 and will host Lima Senior on Saturday. Edgerton improves to 11-3.
Lima Senior Spartans 3, Lady Pirates 0
Saturday had Continental High Volleyball hosting Lima Senior in a non league match. Lima Senior is Division III while the Pirates are Division VII. The Spartans came out and took the first game 25-22. A close second match also went the Spartan way 25-21. The Spartans finished the deal in game 3, 25-15.
Macie Clemens led the Pirates with 14 kills, 2 aces and 1 dig. Teaghan McDougle had 25 assists, 10 digs and 1 ace. Brynn Thomsen had 9 kills, 3 digs and a block. Gracie Homier had 2 kills, 2 aces and 2 digs. Kenzie Searfoss had 3 kills and 11 digs. Aislynn Noffsinger had 8 digs, 1 ace and 1 assist. Brynlee McDougle had 1 kill, 11 digs, and 1 ace Mallorie Barnhart had 1 dig and 1 kill.
Continental falls to 5-13 and will host Antwerp on Monday. Lima Senior improves to 11-6.
