The Pirates hosted the Ottoville Big Green on Monday, 9/9. A single goal in the second half by Jared Fanning gave the undefeated Big Green it’s seventh win of the season. Austin Mansfield had 8 saves for the home team. The Pirates have a busy week as they host Van Buren on Thursday at 5pm and Riverdale on Saturday at 11am. The Pirates stand at 4-2-1 for the season.
The Lady Pirates sent the visiting Coldwater Cavaliers home with a loss as the Pirates out-scored them 6-1. Paige Ordway scored three, Sloane Zachrich scored two, and McKenna Scott added a goal. They are 4-1-1 for the season. The Lady Pirates will travel to Delphos St John’s on Thursday, 9/12.
