POSITION: Assistant Treasurer
SCHEDULE: Part-Time Position; 12 months/year; 8 hours/day; 3 days/week
LOCATION: Continental Local School
START DATE: March 9, 2020
DUTIES: Looking for a part-time enthusiastic individual to process payroll, manage benefits, and enter staff EMIS data. This person will assist the treasurer in the processing of purchase orders and receipts, maintaining district-wide inventory, and completing other duties as assigned.
OTHER: Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Excellent communication abilities and proficient computer skills. Payroll accounting experience preferred. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.
WAGE INFO: Based upon education/experience.
BENEFITS: Paid sick leave, personal leave, vacation leave, and holidays during assigned work schedule.
