Associate Agent
We are seeking a driven, loyal and detail-oriented employee at our Continental Office who has a passion for helping others in selecting and providing our customers with the best insurance options for their needs.
We are filling a spot for an Associate Agent who will be responsible for helping with the growth and retention efforts of our Continental Office location.
Essential Duties:
–Process, maintain, and prepare new and renewal accounts for marketing, placement, and delivery to agents or clients as directed.
–Provide support to our commercial and personal lines agents.
–Inform and educate customers about policy changes, coverages, exclusions, etc.
–Identify and utilize opportunities to round accounts and increase referrals.
–Ensure our agency management system (EPIC) is managed per Grant Insurance service standards.
–On an as needed basis, quote and execute the sale of a personal lines policy.
–Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
–Personal and/or commercial lines insurance experience
–Property and casualty licensed required
–Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system preferred
–Excellent client management, problem solving and strategic planning skills
–Must be a team player, organized and have a superior level of follow through
–High school diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree in a business or risk management major preferred
