Tuesday night Girls Soccer had host Continental being the aggressor against Coldwater in a scoreless non league tilt. The Pirates had 3 times as many shots on goal but could not convert. The Pirates had 11 shots (6 on goal) to the Cavaliers 7 (2 on goal). Pirate goalie Mackenzie Niese picked up the shutout win while claiming 2 saves. The Coldwater goal picked up 6 saves. Both teams had 4 corner kicks. The Cavaliers committed 5 fouls to the Pirates 4 while the Pirates were called offsides 3 times.
Continental improves to 4-5-1 and will travel to Crestview on Thursday. Coldwater improves to 5-3-2.
