Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. — Psalm 118:1
Christ United Methodist’s annual Turkey Supper is almost here! What started as a fundraiser during the Depression years continues today as a way to share a delicious Thanksgiving meal with the community. On Saturday, November 23rd at 4pm, come and take some delicious turkey dinners home to share with your family. The menu: turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, cranberry salad, applesauce and dessert. Cost is by donation. This year’s meal will once again be served drive-through only. The congregation would like to thank everyone who has helped them to make this year’s meal possible. (Photo is 100 loaves of bread being dried for the dressing!) We hope to see you there!
If you would like to order one-pound containers of cranberry salad, contact Elaine at 419-596-4221 or Kathy Lambert-Volpe on Facebook. Cranberry salad is $6 can be picked up on Wednesday evening, Nov 20th.
