Monday: Tinora 14, Continental 0
In a matchup of early season undefeated the Rams (7-0) got the upper hand on the Pirates (3-1). The Rams scored early and often as they put 4 runs in the plate in the first, 5 runs in the second, and 3 more in the third. The Pirates were held scoreless and to two hits (a single each by Kayla Troyer and Ashley Mansfield) meanwhile the Rams had 15 hits. Emma Recker took the loss for the Pirates.
Tuesday: Continental 9, Kalida 0
It was two for Tuesday as the Pirates (4-1, 1-0 PCL) pounded out 4 doubles on their way to a Putnam County League opening win over the Kcats(0-3, 0-1 PCL). The Pirates did all their damage in the third and fourth innings as they scored a pair in the third to take the lead and finished off the scoring with 7 in the fourth. Amber Logan lead the Pirate hitting with a pair of doubles while Mckenna Scott and Amelia Weller each had a double. Emma Recker picked up the win for the Pirates.

Monday: Ottoville 9, Continental 5
The Pirates (1-3, 0-2 PCL) scored first to take a 1-0 only to see the Big Green (4-0, 1-0 PCL) score 2 in the bottom of the first for a 2-1 Green lead. The Pirates plated the next three runs to take a 4-2 lead into the sixth. Host Ottoville batted around in the sixth to score 7 and take a 9-4 lead into the final inning. The Pirates scored 1 in the seventh for a 9-5 Big Green final. Derek Troyer and Terry Dockery III both had a pair of singles for the Pirates while Saige Deleon added a double. The Pirates outhit the Big Green 8-6. Fred Shepard took the loss for the Pirates.
Tuesday: Paulding 6, Continental 5
The Pirates (1-4) were close to winning this one but the host Panthers (2-6) rallied to tie the game in the seventh and finished off the win in the eight. The Pirates took a 2-0 lead in the second and scored 3 more in the sixth to take a 5-1 into the bottom of the seventh. The Panthers scored 4 in the bottom of the seventh and one in the eighth to finish with a 6-5 win. Terry Dockery III and Paige Thomas both had a pair of hits for the Pirates. Zach Schwartzman took the loss for the Pirates.
