CHS Students Selected for All County Band and Choir

Although their was no concert Putnam County did have All County Band and Choir Selections this year.  This year the students auditioned virtually as no in person tryouts were allowed.
All County Band
Four Pirates were chosen for the All County Band.  Flutist Connor Maag and Madison Burke, Clarinetist Alyssa Burgei, and Baritone Lacie Shawver made the County cut.  Maag was recognized as being a 4 year member of the County Band.
All County Choir
Continental High had three chosen for the All County Choir.  Soprano Ellie Schwarzman and Altos Madison Burkhart and Peyton Stauffer were selected to the County Choir.  Schwarzman was recognized for being a 4 year member of the County Choir.
The Continental High School Band and Choir is directed by Dan Swonger.
The All County Band and Choir is sponsored by the Putnam County Educational Service Center.  The Ohio Arts Council provides some funding.
