Its that time of year again, the Cloverdale Community Club is planning their annual parade for the upcoming carnival. Groups, organizations, and businesses are invited to participate. The 2013 theme is “The Changing of Times”. There are no restrictions on the type of parade entry but it is suggested the you choose a decade to decorate your entry (for example, the 1950’s).
