“Coats for Children” will be accepting new or gently used winter coats and infant bundle-me’s Monday, October 17 through Friday, October 28. Coats can be dropped off at Kohls Market of Ottawa, the United Way office, and in the main lobby of the Putnam County Educational Service Center. Distribution of coats to Putnam County families in need starts November 7th at the Thrift Store. Families must have a voucher to receive a free coat – please call 419-523-6059 to receive a voucher.
