Saturday, Continental Track team went to the Patrick Henry Joe Tussing Invitational. Shelby Collier led the Pirates Girls effort with a first in the Pole Vault (10′), a 6th in the 100 and was part of the 5th place 4×100 team. Bryn Tegankamp placed 3rd in the 800 and was also part of the 4×100 team. The Boys team had a pair of second place efforts in Isaac Gibbs Shot Put and Curtis Mansfield Discus. Gibbs also placed 5th in the Pole Vault and 8th in the Discus. Mansfield also placed 7th in the Shot Put. Hunter Tegenkamp placed 3rd in the 1600 and was on the 5th place 4×400 relay team. Konner Knipp-Williams placed in both Hurdle events taking 7th in the 100 and 6th in the 300.
Overall Continental Girls placed 10th in the 12 team meet with 27 points. Kalida was the winner with 108 points. Continental Boys placed 9th with 37 points. St. Marys was the Boys winner with 113 points.
