Continental’s Fall Festival 2015 is just around the corner – September 25, 26, and 27. Downtown Continental will have something for everyone!! Nashville Crush will be performing on Friday night and Venyx will be the featured band on Saturday night. Saturday 9am – Team Crash 5K Run – In support of Christopher Brenneman as he fights Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Registration opens at 8:00am, Race starts at 9am in front of Split Ends Salon on North Main Street. $20 per person or Family Plan of $20 for the first person and $13 for the next 3 runners/walkers. Come out for a morning run or stroll and support Chris!
Saturday 10:00am – 4:30pm – 10th Annual Continental Sons of the American Legion Car Show. Also includes motorcycles and antique tractors. Register in front of H&K, $10 entry fee. Back by popular demand is the 5th Annual Smoke Out on Main Street immediately following the car show.
Saturday 10:30am – Small Engine Poker Run. Registration starts at 9:30 in the Main Tent. $10 entry fee for all poker players. This fun family event is a time to bring the lawn mowers, 4 wheelers, golf carts downtown and cruise from place to place for the poker run. Bring the kids or grandkids!
