Wednesday, August 2nd is the first Wednesday of the month and the ladies at Christ United Methodist Church went through their recipes files and are offering their favorite casseroles for the August lunch. Casserole options will be Chicken & Rice, Potato/Hamburger and Aunt Edie’s Mexican Lasagna. There will also be assorted salads and desserts. Serving is 11:30 to 12:30 in the church basement on South Main Street. Cost is by donation and all proceeds are donated to the local food pantry. All are invited to join in for a time of great food and fellowship!
