Wednesday, May 7th is the monthly meal at Christ UMC on South Main in Continental. This meal supports our local food pantry as all money in the Donation Box goes directly to them. Serving starts at 11:30, dine-in or carry-out, cost is by donation. On the menu: Spaghetti, Chicken (turkey) Alfredo, garlic bread, assorted salads and desserts.
An added bonus for our diners this month – Earlybird shopping at our UMW Basement Sale during lunch hours! Yes, we are taking part in the Continental Community Garage Sales and most of our items are on display in the basement. There are no prices on sale items, it is all by donation (God knows what you donate, we don’t!). Join us for a great meal and maybe find some bargains too!
