Bins will be available for recycling in Continental from Monday, June 13 until noon on Friday, June 17. Recyclable items include paper/cardboard, plastics (1, 2, & 4), and metal cans. The recycling bins are located at the corner of Sixth and East Rice Streets. The next scheduled recycling is from noon on Monday, July 11 until noon on Friday, July 15.
What cannot be recycled? No Styrofoam, plastic bags, paper containers with wax or plastic coatings such as pet food bags, frozen food packages, salt bags, cardboard milk or juice containers.
