The regular meeting for the Continental School Board was held at 6:00 p.m. on November 25, in the administrative office. The meeting was called to order by Board President Dean Bidlack, who opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
PERSONNEL
The Board:
•accepted the resignation of Superintendent, Danny F. Kissell effective February 1, 2026.
•accepted the resignation of Junior High/High School Principal, Timothy Eding effective February 1, 2026.
•approved Timothy Eding as Superintendent and Junior High/High School Principal effective February 2, 2026-July 31, 2026.
•approved Timothy Eding as Superintendent effective August 1, 2026-July 29, 2029.
•approved the hiring of an Elementary Aide for 5.5 hours a day.
•The next regular Board meeting is December 17, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the board office.
