The Continental Community Garage Sale Days are almost here! This year there are 20 sales on the offical list and at least two other sales not on the list. Almost half of the sales start on Thursday, May 9th. Printed flyers are available at R&B Meats, Ft Jennings State Bank (Continental location), Clubhouse Pizza and Tracy’s Hardware. You can also find the digital list at www.continentalenews.com. A special “thank you!” to the anonymous business who printed the sale flyers for us – its greatly appreciated!
As sponsor, the Continental eNews has placed the garage sale ad in both the Crescent News and Putnam County Sentinel. We have also boosted a Facebook ad out to a 25 mile radius and distributed sale announcements to Miller City, Kalida and Oakwood. We encourage all those hosting a sale to spread the word however possible – signs, Facebook (more about that in a seperate article), like and share each others sale discriptions, post a sale flyer at your workplace, etc. We are wishing everyone a successful sale!
