The Continental Lions Club held their annual Halloween Costume Contest in the High School gymnasium last night following the village’s Trick-or-Treat. The CHS Band shared their Fall field competition program (50’s music – great job!) and the CHS Choir also performed a Halloween selection – thank you to Director Gage Hoehne for sharing their talents! The Parents of Pirates (PoP) offered pulled pork sandwiches and nachos in the cafeteria to keep everyone from getting Halloween hangry during this busy night – much appreciated!
The gym was full of super heroes, zombies, basketball and fooltball greats, doctors, nurses, airline pilots and so many more. Cindy-Lou Who stopped by with her friends. Forrest Gump stopped on his walk across America to play the drums and the Three Amigos made a comeback – it was a star-studded night. Thank you to the Continental Lions Club for continuing this cherished community tradition!
