Continental High School’s November 2023 Student of the Month is senior Destiny Pier.
The staff at CHS recognize Destiny for exhibiting strong leadership and being an all-around great Pirate. She has earned a 3.85 GPA and is taking multiple College Credit Plus classes. She tutors other CHS students in algebra. Destiny shows enthusiasm in helping others and seeing their success.
Destiny serves on the student council and is a member of the National Honor Society. She was captain of the girls’ soccer team this fall and is currently playing basketball. She plans to return to track and softball in the spring. Destiny received multiple honors during her senior soccer season, including being named to the PCL’s first team and the district’s second team; she was a scholar athlete for both the league and the district.
Outside of school, Destiny works at Subway. After graduation, she plans to attend Owens Community College in order to become a dental hygienist. Congratulations, Destiny Pier!
