DIV Panthers Take DV Pirates Boys Soccer 3-0

On Saturday Continental High boys soccer took to the road to Delta.  This marked the 3rd straight game where the DV Pirates played a DIV opponents.  The first half was scoreless. The Panthers put in the games 1st goal 1:39 into the second half.  17 minutes later the Panthers hit the back of the net to take a 2-0.  The Panthers added a third goal with 17:23 left in the game.  Panthers 3-0 final.
Jayden Pitney was goalie for the Pirates and had 4 saves.  The Panthers had 7 shots on goal to the Pirates 4.  The Panthers had 3 corner kicks to the Pirates 1.
Continental falls to 0-2-1 and will host DIV Bryan on Tuesday.  Delta improves to 4-1.
