Its that time of year – Dog Licenses are only $14 per dog which are mandated by State of Ohio Law. Every dog over the age of 3 months is required to have a dog license. You can purchase them at the courthouse or go online to www.co.putnam.oh.us and click on online dog licensing. 2019 Dog License are due by January 31, 2019 to avoid a penalty! Dog licenses will also be sold on the last Saturday of January at the dog shelter located at the fairgrounds, cash or check will be accepted.
