The Dupont Church of the Brethren is having an Auction and Chicken BBQ on Saturday, August 26th. The auction will start at 9:00 am with the chicken dinners ready at 11:30. Dinner includes 1/2 chicken, potato salad, baked beans and dessert. Cost is by donation (suggested $8). Auction items include: New Christian tote bags filled with items, Amazon Kindle Fire tablet, outdoor chimney fireplace, medicine cabinet, furniture, appliances, garden tools, lots of home decor, gift certificates, baked goods, homemade crafts, toys, bikes, and lots of misc. items. Proceeds of this years’ auction and BBQ will go towards the Church & Bus Maintenance Fund.
