Continental High Jonathon Etter punched his ticket to the OHSAA Division III Track and Field Port Clinton Regionals as he placed 4th in the Pole Vault with a height of 11’8″. Elijah Mayes was the only boy who qualified for the Ayersville District finals. He qualified in the 400M. All track events except the 3200 Meters held prelimins on Thursday night. In addition to the Track finals District finals for the Boys High Jump and Discus Finals will be held on Saturday. The top 6 in each boys events qualify for the Port Clinton Regionals.
The Pirates qualified in 4 events of the Division III Ayersville finals on Thursday. Destiny Pier qualified in the 100 Meter, Bryn Tegenkamp in the 800 Meters. The 4x100M and 4x200M relay teams also qualified. All track events except the 3200 Meters held prelims on Thursday night. In addition to the Track finals District finals for the Girls Pole Vault, Long Jump, and Shot Put Finals will be held on Saturday. The top 4 in each girls events qualify for the Port Clinton Regionals.
