Seniors Riley Fenter and Jessica Stauffer were joined by Junior Kennedy Hiltner on the Putnam County League First Team Softball. Columbus Grove placed 3 players on the first team, Kalida 1, Leipsic 2, and Miller City 1. Sophomore Madison Burke was named to the PCL Second Team. Juniors Mackenzie Rayle, Kerri Prowant, and Sophomore Catelyn Etter were named PCL Honorable Mention.
Columbus Grove, Leipsic and Miller City tied for the Putnam County League Title with 5-1 records. Continental took fourth place with a 3-3 record. Columbus Grove’s Danielle Barne was named PCL Player of the Year while Leipsic’s Shane Hermiller was named PCL Coach of the Year.
