Former Oakwood resident, Helen Jean Price died Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the Orchards of Northcrest Nursing Home, Napoleon, Ohio.
She was born in Ottawa, Ohio, on December 17, 1932 daughter of the late Wilbur and Dot (Miley) Dunlap. On December 9, 1950 she married Doyle “Tub” Price, who preceded her in death on April 17, 2015.
She is survived by her children: William “Bill” (Cindy) Price, James “Jim” (Peg) Price, both of Oakwood, Jerry (Mary) Price, Defiance, Laura (Kevin) Frost, Continental, and Ray (Lonnie) Price, Lima; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by a grandson, Noah Frost and her brothers, Ed and Arlo Winner and Victor Dunlap.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Saturday, April 22 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. She will be laid to rest in Prairie Chapel Cemetery, Oakwood.
Visitation will be 4 – 8 PM Friday, April 21 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. There will also be visitation on Saturday from 10 AM until time of services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to Alzheimer’s Association.
