On Monday Continental hosted Holgate in nonleague Volleyball action. The Tigers took game 1, 25-28. The Pirates evened up the score 1-1 by taking game 2, 25-21. It was the Tigers in a close game 3, 25-22. The matched in game 4 as the Tigers won 25-21. Tigers 3-1.
Macie Clemens led the Pirates with 18 kills, 10 digs and 2 solo blocks. Aislynn Noffsinger had 37 digs and an ace. Brynn Thomsen had 11 kills, and a block. Kenzie Searfoss had 7 kills, 23 digs, 19 assists, and 2 aces. Brynlee McDougle had a 1 kill, 9 digs, 16 assists, and an ace. Mallorie Barnhart had an aces, 4 kill and 7 digs. Gracie Homier had 2 aces and 7 digs. Becca Sullivan had 3 digs.
Continental falls to 6-9 and will host Edgerton on Thursday. Holgate improves to 3-9.
