The September meeting of the Continental Senior Connections will be held on the 10th at 11:30 in the Small Hall at the Continental American Legion. The speaker this month is Kari Johnson and she will be sharing how the new changes in Medicare will affect our seniors and answering your Medicare questions. If you have someone who helps with your Medicare issues, be sure to bring them along – all are welcome! As always we will be ordering off the menu, at your own cost.
We will also be discussing future gatherings – the Chat & Chow and the Game Time events were well attended. Thank you all for coming! We will also be working out the details of our upcoming fundraiser, a BBQ Chicken Dinner on Sunday, September 29.
We will again be having the Share Table – if you have extra garden produce, a book you’ve already read, some yarn you don’t need, etc – maybe someone else could use it. No medications on the Share Table!
And lastly, there are no boundaries to the Continental Senior Connections! We don’t check IDs for age or address. Hope to see you all and your guests on Tuesday, September 10 @ 11:30!
