Freshman Katie Keller continued her winning way in the 300 hurdles as she won the event in a time of 48.29. On Friday the Pirate Varsity Track teams ventured to Edgerton for the Edgerton Invitational. The 8 team field included Continental, Edgerton, Holgate, Ottoville, Fairview, North Central, Paulding and Wayne Trace. The Pirates had double placements in the Boys High Jump (Troyer and Recker), Girls 400M (Prowant and Collier), 100M Hurdles (Lawhorn and Keller), and the 300 Hurdles (Keller and Lawhorn). Christian Keller led the Boys with a second place in the 400M and a fourth place in the 200M.
The Pirates compete in a quad meet at Antwerp on Monday.
