Kenneth K. Fisher, 93, of Malinta, Ohio died peacefully on Monday, September 12th, 2022 at Genacross-Napoleon Lutheran Home surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 16th, 1929 in Defiance, Ohio to the late Warren and Mazie (Stevens) Fisher. On June 11, 1950 he married Rosemarie Mae (Hall) Fisher and she preceded him in death on January 18, 2018.
Ken was a 1947 graduate of Liberty Center High School. He was the proud owner and operator of Fisher Foods and Catering in Malinta for 33 years and Das Grat Weg Grocery store in Ridgeville Corners for 5 years with his loving wife by his side. He was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Malinta, Ohio. He was a volunteer fireman for the Malinta-Monroe Twp. Fire Department. He also drove school bus for Patrick Henry Schools for over 10 years.
He is survived by his children; Vicki (Larry) Rohrs, Rebecca Horstman, Cynthia (Mark) Cody, Steven Fisher, and John (Karla) Fisher; grandchildren, Amy (Todd) West, Matthew (Amy) Rohrs, Nicholas (Ashley) Rohrs, Neil (Dawn) Horstman, Sara (Garrett) Kraft, Gregory (Julie) Cody, Nichole Cody, Adam (Leah) Fisher, Katelyn (Mario) Moreno, Mitchell (Haley) Fisher, Ryan Cotter, Josie Fisher, and Grant (Joelle) Fisher; 23 great grandchildren; and Karen (Kevin) Gineman, who was like a daughter to him. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Fisher.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 19th, 2022 at Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, Ohio. Interment will follow at Grelton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and Monday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church, Patrick Henry Athletic Boosters, or Elara Hospice.
