
Andrea Krendl, daughter of Joe and Cindy Krendl of Continental, was awarded the Newcomb Scholar award at The Ohio State University’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) Celebration of Students Banquet on April 12. This award recognizes five students with the highest academic ranking in each category within CFAES, the School of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI). Krendl is majoring in Animal Sciences with a specialization in Biosciences and was recognized among students in their third year at Ohio State Columbus campus.
