Tuesday 9/16 — Perfect weather greeted Coldwater as they traveled to Continental High for non league Girl Soccer action. It was all defense as both teams were limited on shot opportunities. Neither team hit the back of the net. 0-0 tie. Mackenzie Niese picked up the shutout in goal for the Pirates with 2 saves. The Pirates had a 5-2 advantage on shots on goal. Continental improves to 7-0-2 and will travel to Crestview on Thursday. Coldwater improves to 5-3-2.

Thursday 9/18 — A pair of goals from the leading scorers for Continental paced the Pirates on Thursday night as they traveled to Crestview for non league girls soccer action. Makenzie Shock scored 2 as she raised her year goal total to 16 and Morgan Dockery also add 2 to make her total this year 11 in the first half to put the Pirates in control 4-0 at half. Addie Troyer got fouled in the Penalty Box and buried the penalty kick in the back of the net for the only goal of the second half. Pirates 5-0 final.
Makenzie Shock and Morgan Dockery both scored a pair of goals to lead the Pirates. Addy Troyer added a goal. Mackenzie Niese picked up the shutout win in goal making 2 saves. The Pirates had a 13-2 advantage on shots on goal and 8-2 on corner kicks. Continental improves to 8-0-2 and will travel to Miller City Saturday night. Crestview falls to 3-6-1.
