Continental Girls Varsity Soccer team opened up the season on Thursday August 23 at Paulding with a 13-0 win. In a game that saw the Pirates dominate the offensives stats Junior Alex Hoeffel led the Pirates with 4 goals. Sophmore Maddie Burke started season off right with a pair of goals for the Pirates. Seven other Pirates hit the back of the net as Seniors Sierra Prowant, Riley Fenter and Brooke Davis, Juniors Addy Armey and Katie Keller, Sophomore Shelby Collier and Freshman Jensen Armey all had single goals.
The Pirates out shot the Panthers 55-3. Pirate Goalie Angel Brzozoswki had 2 saves in the shutout win.
