“All Pauline’s Children” will be participating in the “Walk To End Alzheimer’s” for Northwest Ohio Alzheimer’s Association again this year. We will be waling in Defiance, Ohio on September 13, 2014. This is one of the largest events to raise funds and awareness to fight Alzheimer’s.
Currently, as many as 5.3 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s. By 2050, this number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million. The Alzheimer’s Association which is the leading voluntary health organization for Alzheimer care, support and research, is dedicated to finding prevention methods, treatments and an eventual cure for this disease.
Thanks to all of you who donated last year “All Pauline’s Children” raised over $20,000.00. Our goal for this year is to top that recorded. We all have been affected by this deadly disease, one way or another. Let’s step up and help the Alzheimer’s Association by raising funds for research, for consultation, information and referral, and support programs for our community.
