Linda K. Dangler, 1940 – 2024

Linda K. Dangler, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN.

Linda was born on July 14, 1940 in Putnam Co., OH to the late Arthur and Beulah (Wilser) Noon. On July 19, 1958 she married Gerald M. Dangler, who preceded her in death on July 26, 2018. Linda spent her life creating a loving home for her family.  She was an avid bowler, she bowled with many leagues throughout the years. She loved to play cards (especially Euchre) and following all of her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids sports. She also served as Vice President of the Paulding Athletic Boosters. Linda was a devoted Ohio State Buckeyes fan.Linda will be sadly missed by her children: Ryne (Chris) Dangler, Jackie (Rick) Pease, Jay (Rocky) Dangler, Michelle (Curtis) Gawronski, all of Paulding, OH; grandchildren: Stephanie (Mark) Wolfle, Danielle (Mike) Wiesehan, Kayla (Brett Belew) Gawronski, Jayson (Mackenzie) Dangler, Derrick (Andrea) Pease, Zachary (Janelle May) Gawronski, Nicholas (Mckenzie) Dangler, Michael (Taylor March) Dangler; great grandchildren: Merrick and Maddock Wolfle, Madison, Duke, and Josie Wiesehan, Evelyn Dangler, Scarlet and Luka Pease, Hayden and Fallon Dangler, and Myla Gawronski; sister, Patricia (Gary) Bennett.

Along with her parents and husband, Linda was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Chelsie Christina Dangler and sisters: Mary Lou Noirot, Jeannie David, Shirley Grime, and Sharon Keel.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Pennington officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Paulding Township.

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home. There will also be visitation from 10:00 A.M. until time of services on Tuesday.

Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s memory to the Paulding Athletic Boosters.
