From the Putnam County Veterans Services:
Would you like your own Military Tribute Banner or would you like to honor a loved one in the military with a Military Tribute Banners?! Putnam County Veterans Services is honored to be offering these beautiful banners that will be hung proudly from Memorial Day to Veterans Day every year! They will be stored and cleaned here in our office at the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission and hung with no worries to you. Each town will take care of hanging them with pride! Only Honorable Discharged Veterans may receive one. If you are interested please contact Kristi at the office. Business/Clubs are welcome to sponsor banners and their names will go on each banner. If you would like to promote your business and sponsor a Veteran please contact Kristi at the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission.
Order soon – the first cut off date will be ending for this batch by May 10th to get them back in time to hang up for Memorial Day!
Please have the following information ready when you email due to the large volume of emails I’m receiving:
1. Veterans Name
2. Photo of Veteran in the military
3. Mail check payable to Kristi Powell to the office
4. Include in email what you want the bottom of banner to say Proudly Honored By:
5. If you would like to see a proof include a cell phone number.
